Agreement and eligibility
By using It's Personal, purchasing a Blueprint, or submitting information, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Data + AI Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Your answers determine the result
The accuracy, specificity, and usefulness of the Profile and Blueprint depend on the completeness and honesty of the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing your result, applying your own judgment, and deciding whether any recommendation fits your situation.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You give It's Personal a limited permission to store, process, reproduce, and analyze those materials only as needed to provide, support, secure, and improve the service during beta. You confirm that you have the right to provide the materials.
Do not submit trade secrets, confidential employer or client documents, login credentials, health records, financial account information, Social Security numbers, or information you are not authorized to share. Redact names and proprietary information before uploading.
Purchases and delivery
Prices are shown before checkout and charged as a one-time payment. The Blueprint is delivered through a private website link sent to the checkout email address. PDF or spreadsheet files are not attached to the delivery email; optional downloads are available from inside the private Blueprint.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is controlled by the Refund Policy. In summary, you must notify info@itspersonal.co within 72 hours after Blueprint delivery and before initiating any Blueprint PDF or Excel plan download. Starting either download makes the purchase non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Private access and acceptable use
Keep your private Blueprint and internal beta/demo credentials secure. You may not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, resell, automate abusive requests to, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. Sample and beta content may not be represented as a real customer result.
Intellectual property
The Personal IP framework, assessment structure, scoring, brand, page designs, software, and service content are owned by It's Personal or its licensors. Your purchased Blueprint is licensed to you for your own personal and professional use. You may use the finished language and tools created for you, but may not reproduce or resell the underlying assessment, framework, templates, or software as a competing product.
Beta terms and availability
The service is in beta. Features, timing, formatting, and availability may change. We may pause access to protect users, correct errors, maintain the service, or address misuse. If a paid Blueprint cannot be delivered, we will provide support, re-delivery, correction, or a refund as appropriate.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every output will be error-free or appropriate for every use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, It's Personal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
