Information we collect
We collect the information you enter into the Personal IP Profile and Blueprint intake, including your name, email address, professional context, answers, goals, and any files or public links you choose to provide. We also receive purchase status and transaction identifiers from our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
How we use it
We use your information to calculate your free Profile, create and deliver your paid Blueprint, send requested service emails, provide support, prevent misuse, process refunds, maintain the service, and improve quality during the beta. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Information may be processed by vendors that support hosting and storage, payment processing, AI-assisted analysis, and email delivery. These currently include Sites/Cloudflare infrastructure, Stripe, OpenAI, and Resend. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.
Professional evidence and retention
Uploaded evidence is used to prepare your Blueprint and support delivery, corrections, customer access, and quality review. During beta, source files and generated Blueprints are retained until you request deletion or we publish and apply a different retention schedule. We do not currently run an automatic 30-day deletion. Transaction, consent, download, and limited support records may be retained longer for accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove encrypted backups or records we must retain by law.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@itspersonal.co. We may need to verify your identity. Deleting inputs or a generated Blueprint may prevent future access, correction, or re-delivery.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as the beta evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
