How AI is used
Your assessment responses, written intake, and uploaded evidence may be sent to an AI service to identify patterns, connect evidence to your stated goal, draft findings, prioritize actions, and prepare your Blueprint. Automated checks review required sections, source references, consistency, and output structure. During beta, selected outputs may also receive human quality review.
Accuracy depends on your input
The assessment and Blueprint can only be as accurate and useful as the answers and evidence you provide. Answer honestly and transparently, but never reveal sensitive or confidential personal, employer, client, or company information. AI may produce an incorrect inference, omit context, or phrase a conclusion too strongly. Review the Blueprint before relying on or sharing it.
Evidence boundaries
Public links provide context only unless the relevant content is also submitted in a supported file or screenshot. The Blueprint should not claim that a linked page, article, podcast, profile, or analytics dashboard was analyzed when its content was not supplied.
No automated employment decision
It's Personal does not use the Profile or Blueprint to make hiring, promotion, termination, credit, insurance, housing, or other high-impact decisions about you. Do not use another person's result as the sole basis for such a decision.
Your consent and questions
Before submitting the Profile and before submitting a paid Blueprint, you must acknowledge this use of your information. If you do not want your information processed in this way, do not submit it. Questions or deletion requests may be sent to info@itspersonal.co.
